My client is actively looking for a Full Time Supervisor with a background in fashion, wellness, or beauty retail to join their growing and vibrant team.
They are a multi-dimensional wellbeing brand. Tapping into the growing global presence of holistic wellbeing, they use best-in-class ingredients, healing plant and flower essences, and energetic medicine to create tangible products and meaningful experiences for a modern audience.
They are currently seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Supervisor.
The Retail Sales Supervisor has the primary responsibility to manage the brand in a vibrant iconic department store.
Introducing the brand and product range to an entirely new customer base,they are looking for special individual to be a true Brand Ambassador, using storytelling and excellent selling skills to build lasting customer relationships and contribute to brand's commercial success and goals.
As a Retail Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a small team. You will also be responsible for the day to day running of the department managing rotas, and daily sales figures ensuring target are met.
Someone who understands how to connect with clients with exceptional customer service and communicate the many aspects of the brand's vision.
Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills
* Experience in customer service environment fragrance, skincare, retail,
* Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes
* History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
* Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
* Working knowledge of wellness and fragrance industry
* Passion for wellness, fragrance and home categories (advantageous)
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Manage a team
The successful applicant will have flexible availability and will be required to work weekends.
This is a Full Time position and you will be required to work approximately 40 hours per week
