Key Responsibilities:

Create lasting impressions by being presentable and well-groomed at all times.
Maximise sales opportunities by providing excellent customer service and ensuring each visit is tailored to the customer's needs.
Encourage customers to join our client list and build lasting relationships.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our client's history and brand.
Interact with clients in a respectful and courteous manner, maintaining a professional image.
Utilise the POS system accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate and support your team members, promoting a positive work environment.
Maintain organised stock and merchandise, ensuring proper inventory management.
Showcase the brand to all visitors and actively engage with potential customers.
Expand product knowledge and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Utilise the customer profile function effectively to enhance the shopping experience.
Demonstrate exceptional sales and customer service skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury retail sector.
Experience in Menswear, Womenswear, and Bespoke would be advantageous.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong time management and punctuality.
