Job Title: Retail / Store Manager – Flooring
Location: London
Remuneration: £30,000 + 2% turnover commission, OTE £40,000

The role of the Retail / Store Manager – Flooring will involve:
* Retail / Store Manager position promoting a high end distributed range of flooring products
* Majority of your time will be spent dealing with individual end users coming into the showroom however you will also trying to increase sales to architects and specifiers
* The remaining portion of your time will be spent dealing with developers, flooring contractors and end users
* Will be required to attend customer properties to survey and provide estimates from time to time
* Managing and developing the retail showroom
* Average order value would be £5k-£10k
* Reporting directly into the Senior Manager
The ideal applicant will be a Retail / Store Manager – Flooring with:
* Must have experience within the flooring industry with a focus on carpets, vinyl, linoleum and wood
* Would consider a flooring merchandiser, store manager, flooring sales rep etc
* Ideally working for a flooring retailer
* Ideally have experience surveying and estimating however this is not essential
* Would consider a trainee looking to make a step up into a retail manager
* Must be likeable and able to build relationships
* IT Literate
