Job Summary:
The need is for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations within this newly opening concession. Ideally this appointee will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service and have experience in the piercing, retail or beauty industry .

The objective is to ensure that this concession runs smoothly through positive staff management and driving sales whilst striving to maintain and exceed the expected high operational standards.

Job Role :

Operating an efficient sales, marketing and safe piercing space within a third-party retail setting will call for an array of finely honed retail management skills.

*

All routine daily tasks will be overseen by yourself & this spans every thinkable element, inventory management, ordering supplies, overseeing all transactions & ensuring accurate trading reconciliation.

*

A high level of customer service needs to be maintained with the aim to exceed & inspire those of whom your team are asked to serve.

*

You are ever alert to maximise efficiency of service and can scrutinise booking protocols to ensure the most flowing & productive client service.

*

Coaching your team members you will ensure that the required specialist(s) are in place when required and you will be familiar with recruiting as well as supervising and evaluating your colleagues performance.

Collectively your management style effortlessly promotes team harmony - ensuring appositive & professional work environment for all.

*

As to sales you thrive on accomplishing & exceeding team targets and you are quick to capitalise on implementing given promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements:

It would be advantageous to have experience of ear-piercing procedures and after care.

*

Experience within the piercing , retail or beauty industry is preferred.

*

Individually demonstrate strong team leadership & communication skills in a similar store / team management role.

*

Personally be exhilarated by the delivery from both yourself & team of ‘ best in class ‘ re : customer service.

Have a proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and be ever able to multi-task and manage both your time & that of others to best effectiveness.
