Role support the Channel Marketing Manager - Retail in developing and translating marketing communication strategies into integrated retail marketing plans that can be executed through the Retail Channel at outlet level.  Taking key Retail PPOS projects from inception, through design and manufacture, to implementation. Working closely with Marketing and retail stakeholders and key external suppliers ensuring agreed timelines are met whilst driving Operational Excellence through a focus on process and compliance.

Role In role is offered on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid working with an expectation that the successful candidate will work between our London Watford HQ, two times per week.

Role Responsibilities:
Represent the needs of the retail outlets into the category teams and develop activation plans to be executed at outlet level in Retail.
Increase our brand presence in retail outlets for all categories and at all points of purchase (PPOS & POS) by working closely with the Channel Marketing Manager -  Retail, the National Account Team, Retail Sales Team and Retail Operations Team to identify and convert key opportunities.
Support key strategic Retail PPOS Projects in all activities related to:
Design and tendering of all solutions and installation suppliers
Manufacturing engineering, all tooling requirements and checks
Shipping
Installation 
Work closely with external designers and manufacturers to create PPOS solutions tailored to new retail environments.
Work with the Retail team to understand key strategic priorities and PPOS opportunities to support the expansion of TNL products in new outlets/retail sectors.
Work with the Category teams to understand our consumers, category and brand strategy, marketing communications plans and monthly objectives.
Develop strategies, plan, tactics and cost business and marketing activities to be executed through the retail channel (at outlet level) and update and manage allocated budgets.
Understand the UK Retail market, key trends, shopper behaviour, opportunities and constraints and input into strategy for the retail channel.
Tailor brand advertising, PPOS, POS and communication materials where appropriate to maximise support from Retailers, where there is a proven ROI.
Ensure relevant marketing materials and POS is produced and sent to the right outlets in line with agreed timescales.
Measure the effectiveness of in-store initiatives.
Input into budget process and ensure retail channel activities are delivered within agreed budgetsSkills and Experience:
Demonstrable experience of delivering marketing activation plans through PPOS and POS
Proven knowledge of retail PPOS design and manufacturing
Proven consumer insight based marketing planning
Ability to build cross functional relationships, manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders
Proven experience of budget management and tracking
