Are you an experienced Store / Showroom Manager looking for your first step into a Area Manager role?

Salary: up to £42,000 + £12,000 bonuses + £5,000 car allowance

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail sales Manager to take ownership of a newly created Area with real scope to shape how it evolves. If you thrive in a consultative sales, premium retail environment and have a passion for developing high‑performing sales teams, this is a chance to make a significant impact.

About the Role

This is a field‑based role covering 6 showsites across Berkshire, Surrey, Kent & East Sussex, leading a team of 16 Sales Consultants. You’ll ensure exceptional standards of presentation, customer experience, and commercial performance across all locations.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in retail management or multi‑site leadership, ideally within a luxury product or high value B2C setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager role:

* Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Consultants to build an outstanding, high‑performing team

* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our values of quality, service, and expertise are consistently delivered

* Maintain exceptional standards of display, merchandising, and customer experience across all show sites

* Use commercial reports to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement

* Deliver inspiring, informative training sessions to support product knowledge and sales excellence

* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider business to support shared goals

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams

* Excellent organisational ability, with confidence in planning, prioritising, and delegating

* A natural communicator perceptive, considerate, and able to build strong relationships

* Enthusiastic and eager to become an expert in our full product range

* Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting numerical data and performance reports

* Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously

* Good working knowledge of MS Office
