Are you an experienced Retail Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Manager looking for your next opportunity in premium fashion retail?
We're recruiting for a Retail Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new premium fashion store opening in Guildford this September. The Role
As Retail Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets and create a premium shopping experience.
You'll lead from the front, coaching your team in clientelling, relationship building and personalised service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
You'll Have
Experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Manager within premium fashion, luxury or premium retail.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
A strong track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
Experience building long-term customer relationships through clientelling and personalised service.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
A positive, engaging personality and a genuine people-first approach.
