Retail Construction Site Manager – Nationwide Travel
Location: UK‑Wide (Nationwide Travel Required)

Rate: Competitive (DOE)
We are seeking experienced Retail Construction Site Managers to support fast‑paced programmes across major UK retailers. These roles involve nationwide travel, live‑store environments, and tight turnaround schedules — ideal for managers who thrive in high‑pressure, delivery‑focused settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day‑to‑day site operations on retail refurbishment and fit‑out projects
* Manage subcontractors, site teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain site documentation, RAMS, permits and daily reporting
* Ensure all works meet programme, quality and H&S standards
* Communicate effectively with project managers, store teams and stakeholders
* Deliver projects in live trading environments with minimal disruption
Essential Requirements
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience delivering projects for major UK retailers, including:
ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Argos, Amazon, Lidl, ALDI, Tesco, Marks & Spencer (M&S)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work days, nights and travel nationwide as required
* Experience managing fast‑track, high‑volume programmes
