Retail Concession Manager Position Overview
My client based in Newbury is currently looking for a Retail Concession Manager to run their small butcher's unit and gives you a real opportunity to make it your own. This role will be alongside the butcher who takes responsible for getting the product ready to sell. You will need to have a retail background and be confident in selling products to customers as well as the ability to be able to upsell. You will be responsible for:
Sorting the shop layout
Basic stock management
Occasionally helping to prepare products (put into packaging)
Sell and upsell products
Retail Concession Manager Position Requirements
Experience in a retail environment
Happy with working around raw meat
Driving license is desirable due to the location
Customer facing sales experience
Proactive on speaking and dealing with customers
Retail Concession Manager Position Remuneration
Starting salary at £27,500 + profit share scheme, which will increase
Autonomy on days worked, Saturdays are essential though
