Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and friendly service while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist with customer enquiries, process payments, support stock handling activities, and help maintain an organised and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a professional and courteous manner
Operate tills accurately and process cash, card, and contactless payments
Respond to customer enquiries and provide product and service information
Assist with packing, storing, and organising goods within designated storage areas
Carry out stock replenishment duties and maintain tidy displays
Undertake manual handling activities, including safely moving and lifting stock when required
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Ideal Candidate for Customer Service Advisor:

Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident handling cash and processing customer transactions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to undertake manual handling and stock movement duties
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
