We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our clients high end dining and beverage operations.

As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's dining and beverage outlet, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable culinary experience. From managing day-to-day operations to leading a team of dedicated professionals, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for excellence. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and dynamic team while surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Scottish Highlands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the restaurant and bar team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

* Oversee all aspects of dining and beverage service, ensuring that standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality are consistently met and exceeded.

* Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

* Collaborate with the executive management team to develop seasonal menus, wine lists, and specialty cocktails that showcase the flavors and ingredients of the Highlands.

* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet demand while controlling costs and minimizing waste.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in restaurant and bar management, preferably in a resort or upscale hospitality environment.

* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues at all levels.

* A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

* A love of Scottish produce and an eye for detail
