An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a well-established, high-quality hospitality venue in the heart of Southwold.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and takes pride in leading a happy, motivated team. This is a hands-on management role where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact while working in a stunning coastal setting.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
Managing day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service.
Coaching, developing and motivating your team to achieve their best.
Managing rotas, staffing levels and labour costs.
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
Helping drive sales while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
