Experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a better work/life balance?

We're looking for a proven Restaurant Manager to lead a Garden Centre restaurant with approx 300 daily covers in the Andover area. The site has recently had a £500k refurbishment, so standards and expectations are high and the customers look forward to the refurbished service you can bring!

This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy operation, lead a large team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

What you'll be doing

Leading, coaching and developing a large restaurant team
Running a high-volume, 300+ cover operation
Delivering exceptional service and guest experiences
Managing rotas, stock, labour and operational costs
Maintaining high standards across the restaurant
Working closely with the Garden Centre GM
Building and nurturing a strong, motivated team

What we're looking for

Proven Restaurant Manager experience is essential.

You'll be hands-on, commercially aware, operationally strong and passionate about service.

Garden Centre experience is a bonus, but great restaurant management experience is the priority.
