We are on the look out for a Restaurant Manager who is fanatical about food & exhumes great service. This hotel is looking to be one of the top places to eat & drink in the city, with a new award winning chef now at the helm, the Restaurant Manager will be tasked with delivering a smooth and slick service.
You will be comfortable with restaurant P&L’s, have a strong background in training teams and be a natural leader. Whether its an intimate dinner for two, a bunch of hen’s for lunch, or a corporate business get together, you’ll be the most hospitable of hosts and the friendly face of the restaurant.
