Working alongside the F&B Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the food and beverage operation.
Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar
Lead and support the team across breakfast, lunch and dinner
Maintain high standards of service throughout the day
Oversee bar service alongside restaurant operations
Help create a welcoming experience for every guest
Support the F&B Manager with the wider operationWhat we're looking for

Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
Hotel experience is preferred
A confident and hands-on approach to service
Strong communication and leadership skills
