Contract (3 months+)
The Role:
We are looking for an exceptional, hardworking and highly motivated Responsible Individual to provide management and leadership for Cardiff Council's Residential Services
On a day-to-day basis, you will provide leadership, support and guidance to Registered Managers and Deputy Managers to ensure services are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and provide high quality residential care for children and young people with a range of complex needs, including emotional, behavioural and social difficulties, along with autistic spectrum disorder and physical disability.
You will work closely with the Residential Operational Manager.
You will ensure that development plans for the individual care homes and the overarching Residential Service are in place, and that progress is robustly monitored to ensure timely and continuous improvement.
Ensure that there is a clear quality framework of service standards in place, against which performance is measured.
The Candidate:
You will have previous experience within residential homes and knowledge of Welsh legislation.
You will have extensive previous experience in a similar role.
