Description:

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Resourcing Programme Manager on a 3 months contract with a possibility of further extension.

Main purpose of the role:

To lead a programme team to deliver improvements in recruitment and talent acquisition covering the following areas of work:

- Set the strategic direction in recruitment, leading on revising, refreshing and implementing recruitment policy, process and approach to ensure these meet the needs of the organisation

- Lead a team to provide specialist support and guidance to managers on recruitment, providing innovative and creative resourcing solutions and trialling new approaches to support attraction and recruitment, particularly to hard to fill posts across the organisation. Provide support to senior stakeholders with executive recruitment.

- Manage the client's contract with Matrix, our neutral vend managed service provider for the engagement of agency, temporary and contingent staff, ensuring best value for money.
