As the Resourcing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Recruitment strategy and processes, ensuring the business attracts and identifies top-tier talent. Candidate will ideally have extensive in-house recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Lead, develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an efficient and effective service.
Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Manage and enhance the company's employer of choice brand in the market.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third party providers.
Track recruitment metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, whilst identifying areas for improvement.Profile
The successful Resourcing Partner should have:
Extensive In-house recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of current recruitment strategies and trends.
Excellent engagement with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third party providers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using ATS software and databases.Job Offer

12 Month FTC with a strong opportunity to move into a permanent role within the company for the right candidate
Flexible, hybrid working, based in the Exeter or Bristol office - 2/3 days a week
