Resourcing And Workforce Manager
London
6-month Contract - Hybrid
£350-£400 per day Umbrella
ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Resourcing And Workforce Manager on a 6 month contract.
The Role:
Build and maintain a C&S-wide workforce tracker covering sold work, committed delivery, at-risk delivery, near-term pipeline and strategic growth demand.
Track named resources, role requirements, availability windows, start and end dates, utilisation status, skills, shoring options and allocation conflicts.
Work with Delivery Managers, Service Delivery Managers and capability leads to confirm resource plans for sold work and live commitments.
Work with Ops & Finance to identify underutilised capacity, overcommitment, unplanned resource cost and margin leakage linked to resourcing.
Requirements:
Ability to create clear, practical views of availability, utilisation, committed work, pipeline demand and resource conflicts.
Commercial awareness: understands how resourcing decisions affect revenue, margin, utilisation, delivery risk and client confidence.
Experience working with permanent, contractor, offshore, nearshore and partner resources.
Confident stakeholder manager who can work across practice leadership, delivery, service management, architecture, sales, finance, HR and recruitment.
Strong Excel / Power BI / resource tooling capability, with the ability to turn data into decisions and actions.
Pragmatic process improvement mindset: able to introduce control without bureaucracy.
Calm under pressure and comfortable managing competing priorities, escalation points and scarce skills.
