Invictus Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across the Property, Engineering and Real Estate sectors. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and ambitious team.
What you'll be doing:
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and our internal database.
* Speaking with candidates to understand their skills and career goals.
* Qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable vacancies.
* Booking interviews and managing candidate communication.
* Supporting Recruitment Consultants throughout the hiring process.
* Building long-term relationships with candidates.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role.
* Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
* A positive attitude with a desire to succeed.
* Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ambitious with a genuine interest in building a career in recruitment.
