We are seeking a Resourcer to join our busy and growing team at Henley Executive.
This is a full-time, office-based role, based in our lovely offices in Henley In Arden. We need someone enthusiastic who has a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn, as well as happy communicating with candidates via phone, email, and social media.
As a Resourcer, day-to-day, your role will entail:
* Identifying and speaking to suitable candidates via phone and email
* Updating the database with candidate and client information
* Formatting candidate CVs
* Arranging candidate interviews
* Sending out interview and offer confirmations
Whether you are currently a Resourcer or from an office administration background within Recruitment, we are open to applications as long as you have had experience within a recruitment environment.
