The opportunity

You will build relationships with exceptional people across STEM education and technical training, understand what motivates them and connect them with opportunities that genuinely move their careers forward.

What you will own

* Build and maintain a network of teaching, training and technical education talent.

* Get curious about people: their skills, ambitions, frustrations and what would make them move.

* Find and engage hard-to-reach candidates, not just the people already applying.

* Work closely with our consultants to deliver on client commitments, with pace, accuracy and care.

* Learn to qualify properly, manage expectations and create an outstanding candidate experience.

* Salary depending on experience

* £300 /placement (Talent Partners) & 25% - 35% commission (Consultants)
