Lionsgate Contractors Limited is a civil engineering sub-contractor based in Worcester. We were fed up with the poor quality of temporary staff we received and felt we could do better. With that, our labour division was born and 2 years later we now supply contract staff across the residential and civil construction markets around the UK. 

Due to continued success, we are now looking for an experienced recruitment resourcer to join us on a full time or part-time, permanent basis and help attract more trades people to join our ever-increasing labour force.

Still in the early stages of the company’s growth, this is a key opportunity to create your own department and take full ownership of the full recruitment cycle.

Basic salary and benefits are negotiable based upon experience.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

Telephone interviewing people for suitability to the role.

Booking people in for interviews

Checking ID and paperwork

Using spreadsheets

Answering the phone

Meeting and greeting people in reception
Knowledge, skills and experience: 

Previous experience in a Recruitment/HR Background

Previous experience in an Administration role

Excellent communication skills

Excellent IT skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage own workload and work independently

Excellent customer service skills

Experience working with the full Microsoft Office suite

Good organisational skills
