Resource Scheduler

£25,000 - £30,000

Frimley

Our growing client is looking for a Resource Scheduler to join their Project Management team, supporting a team of 4 and the wider consultant team. Ideally you will have experience in scheduling consultants, engineers, field teams and staff time across any industries.

The main responsibilities will include:

* Scheduling tasks for available resources, prioritising, reacting, and re-scheduling where necessary.

* Assessing and prioritising which developers and consultants are best for each job taking into account skills, geography and availability.

* Resource and utilisation reporting and forecasting.

* Timesheet administration including ensuring required hours are submitted and approved in time for invoicing Updating of jobs with time sheet data.

* Liaising with project and account managers internally to manage delivery expectations to the customer.

Required skills:

* Knowledge of an ERP, CRM, Database or similar computerised system advantageous

* Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

* Previous secretarial / accountancy / financial / invoicing experience desirable

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

* Customer service skills

* Ability to focus in pressurised and busy environment.

* Attention to detail, with accuracy and diligence.

* Ability to grow and develop with the role.

* Able to multitask.

* Good organisational skills
