Morson Vital are looking for an experienced Rail Resource Planner to coordinate labour and support the safe, efficient delivery of rail projects.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Plan and allocate staff to meet project and possession requirements.
???? Manage rosters, availability and changes to resource requirements.
???? Check competencies, working hours and fatigue compliance.
???? Liaise with project teams to resolve resource gaps.
Requirements:
???? Previous rail resource planning or rostering experience.
???? Knowledge of rail competencies and fatigue management.
???? Strong organisation and communication skills
