This role is integral to our business operations and offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to our success.
Role Overview:
As a Resource Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by overseeing resource allocation and optimization across projects. Working closely with the Head of Operations and Project Managers, you will ensure the efficient delivery of project objectives by maintaining accurate records, managing relationships with our supply chain, and facilitating the recruitment of additional resources as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Project Managers and Head of Operations to understand changing resource requirements.
* Maintain and update accurate resource tracker.
* Work with the supply chain to recruit additional resources as and when required.
* Manage and maintain strong relationships with the supply chain.
* Prepare and distribute reports providing analysis of resource statistics and trends.
* Manage the onboarding of new resources and maintain resource records.
* Ensure compliance with audits and legal requirements.
* Manage timesheet submission and approval processes.
* Sentinel Management: Ensure compliance with trackside requirements.
* Provide data for fatigue management.
* Assist with booking accommodation and travel when needed.
* Provide guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management or similar is desirable but not necessary.
* 3+ years of experience in a resource management-driven role (recruitment, labour management, etc.).
* Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Package:
* Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), Employee Bonus Scheme: 12%
* Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in central London office, 2 days remote (initial probation period of 3 months may require more days in the office for training)
