A growing independent surveying practice is looking to add to its residential surveying team, and they’re open to speaking with both experienced Surveyors and graduates looking to build a career in residential surveying.

The business is continuing to grow, with increasing demand across its residential department. For the right person, this is an opportunity to join a supportive team, receive training and develop your surveying career within an independent practice.

The role:

Undertaking RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys
Producing clear, accurate and high-quality reports
Developing relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
Building your knowledge and experience across residential surveying
Opportunity to gain exposure to commercial surveying instructions
Full training and support available for the right graduate / less experienced candidateAbout you:

RICS qualified, working towards qualification, or a relevant surveying degree
Residential surveying experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential
Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
Good communication and client-facing skills
Keen to learn and develop within a growing surveying practice
