Surveyor
The Company
I am looking for a talented “Surveyor” to join one of my clients based in South Devon. Whether you are newly qualified, or an experienced “Surveyor”, we would love to you hear from you.
Our client is a small family-owned, family-run business specialising in Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Surveys and Valuation Surveys. They are renowned for their first-class service and unwavering professionalism. They pride themselves on being swift yet thorough and all surveys are bespoke and tailored to meet the individual needs of their clients.
The Opportunity
Conducting inspections, in accordance with the Home Survey Standard
Producing Level 1, 2 & 3 reports for both private and lender clients
Communicating with clients in a friendly and timely manner The Ideal “Surveyor”
AssocRICS or MRICS is a must, with a preference for candidates having around 2 years of post-qualification experience, although it's not mandatory.
Experience in pre-purchase surveys.
Local market knowledge is desirable.
Excellent social skills, especially in the realm of business networking, are highly valued.
Proficient in both oral and written communication, including the ability to produce detailed and compelling reports.
A knack for numbers and good numerical skills are essential.
