Job Overview
Randstad Agency is seeking compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers to join our team in Penrith. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in a residential setting, promoting their well-being and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential care and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
Resident Care: Provide daily care and support to residents, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
Activities and Engagement: Plan and participate in activities and outings to enhance residents' social and recreational experiences.
Health and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by adhering to health and safety regulations and reporting any concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs, incident reports, and care plans.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure consistent and high-quality care for all residents.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Previous experience working in a residential care setting is preferred..
Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Compassionate and patient approach to care.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a care setting.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in health and social care are an advantage.
