We're looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a friendly and supportive 4-bed children's home in Shirebrook, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment where young people can thrive. Responsibilities include:
