Support Worker – SEMH Support in Maesteg

As a Support Worker in Maesteg, you will have the chance to support, mentor, and encourage young people, helping them build confidence and independence. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and access to a car, due to activity involvement in the role

Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively within a team
Flexibility to work on a rota to support a healthy work-life balance
Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining a protective environment
