Chipping, Preston (PR3)
£26,078 per year (£14.25 per hour) + £54 per sleep-in
Full Time | 2 On, 4 Off Shift Pattern
Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our residential childcare team supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will help create a safe, nurturing home environment, build positive relationships with young people, support daily routines, and encourage independence, confidence and personal development.
What We're Looking For
At least 6 months' experience working with children and young people
Passionate about supporting young people
Experience in residential childcare, education, youth work or a similar setting
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Level 3 qualification desirable, but not essential if willing to work towards one
