Residential Property Solicitor – Crouch End, North London £DOE + Bonus | Hybrid | 2–3 Years PQE

We’re working with a well-established and growing boutique London law firm that is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor to join its team.
This is a great opportunity for a 2–3 years PQE residential property solicitor who is looking for a role offering genuine client ownership, business development opportunities and the chance to play an active part in growing a property team.
The firm has a strong reputation for providing a high level of client service and has a friendly, collaborative culture, with offices across North London.

The Role
You’ll manage your own residential property caseload, working directly with clients while also working closely with partners and the wider property team.
Your work will include:

Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Dealing with new leases and refinancing matters
Advising investors, developers, landlords and tenants
Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
Building relationships with local agents and referrers
Developing your own work and client contacts
Supporting the growth of the Crouch End property team
Attending marketing, networking and business development events
Contributing to newsletters and legal updates
Working alongside and helping develop trainees and paralegals
Maintaining excellent client care and obtaining positive client/referrer feedback
Working in accordance with SRA principles, professional conduct requirements and internal risk proceduresAbout You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has 2–3 years PQE within residential property
Has strong experience managing residential property transactions
Is confident managing their own caseload
Has excellent client care and communication skills
Can demonstrate experience supporting or managing paralegals, legal assistants or trainees
Is commercially minded and interested in developing client/referrer relationships
Is organised and comfortable managing time-sensitive documentation
Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team
Has a proactive approach to business developmentA candidate with an existing client or referrer following would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
