Due to continued growth and an increasing demand for our Residential Property services, Slater Heelis is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer to join our expanding property team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join our offices in Chester. You will play a crucial role in managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion including

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

* Remortgages

* Transfers of equity

* New build transactions

* Shared ownership matters

* Right to Buy transactions

* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

* Providing practical, commercial advice and excellent client care throughout the transaction process

About You

We are looking for someone who:

* Is a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer

* Has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently

* Demonstrates excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions

* Has strong communication and client relationship skills

* Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment

* Is committed to delivering outstanding client service
