Chichester | £27,000–£30,000
We're working with an established regional law firm in Chichester looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join its close-knit Property Department. Offering £27,000–£30,000, hybrid working and a supportive working environment, this is an opportunity to join an established legal team and play an important role in progressing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

This role would suit an experienced property paralegal who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in providing reliable assistance and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
The Role
You will provide paralegal and administrative assistance across the Property Department, helping fee earners manage their residential conveyancing caseloads. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate files, preparing documentation, progressing transactions and ensuring work is handled efficiently and in line with internal procedures.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years' experience working as a Paralegal within a Residential Property Department.
Experience working within a solicitor’s office.
Excellent administrative and IT skills, with confidence using paperless systems.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
An understanding of file compliance and quality standards, with the ability to support general secretarial duties.Salary & Benefits
Salary of £27,000–£30,000, depending on experience (negotiable for an experienced candidate).
