Must have’s
* Experience within property management, lettings or tenancy coordination
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Proactive, calm and solution-focused approach
Nice to have’s
* Knowledge of residential property compliance and tenancy legislation
* Experience using property management software
* Full UK driving licence
So, what will you be doing?
* Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties end-to-end
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor work
* Carrying out property inspections and producing clear reports
* Managing check-outs and negotiating deposit returns
* Ensuring all properties meet legal and safety compliance standards
* Maintaining accurate tenancy and property records on internal systems
* Delivering a high standard of service and building strong relationships
