Are you a seasoned Residential Property Conveyancer/CILEX/Fee-earner with a proven track record of managing your own caseload from inception to completion?
Residential Property Conveyancer/CILEX/Fee-earner Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, freeholds/leaseholds, and some experience with new builds.
Conduct comprehensive title investigations, review contracts, and draft legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
Provide expert advice on all aspects of residential property law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Oversee the exchange of contracts and completion process, resolving any issues or discrepancies efficiently to meet deadlines.
Keep abreast of industry developments, legislation changes, and market trends to provide clients with informed and proactive guidance. Residential Property Conveyancer/CILEX/Fee-earner Requirements:
Qualified Residential Property Conveyancer with a minimum of three years' experience managing their own caseload.
Demonstrable expertise in handling all stages of residential property transactions, including complex cases and leasehold properties.
Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
Proficiency in relevant conveyancing software and IT systems.
