Description:

A highly organised residential property administrator now required to join a well known privately owned property company based in their Islington office.

The Residential Property Administrator

The residential property administrator must have previous experience.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

Drafting of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.
Issuing rent increases for Regulated Tenancies.
Issuing rent increases for Assured portfolio by way of Section 13.
Effectively collating tenant references for new lettings as required.
Protecting residential deposits in a timely manner.
Dealing with all tenancy deposit returns, negotiating deductions if any with tenants and ensuring the return of deposit is carried out in a timely manner.
Issuing rent credits/debits where required.
Instructing gas safety certificates for the residential portfolio and uploading to systems including arranging for any works to be carried out relating to gas safety.
Liaising with external agents on new lettings to ensure lettings are fully executed.
Diary management for check-in and check-outs.
Overseeing compliance of EPC's for the residential portfolio.
Handling council tax enquiries.
Commissioning maintenance and repair work and liaising with tenants and contractors.
Supporting colleagues within the team with key administrative tasks as required.In Return…

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

25 days annual holiday, plus public holidays, capped at 30 days plus public holidays after 5 years' service.
