Residential Plot Sales Paralegal

Our client are looking to recruit an experienced conveyancing paralegal with plot sales experience for our busy residential conveyancing department.

Our client is an award winning CQS approved firm with an excellent level of client care. Their staff are important to them and want to attract the best talent who are looking to bring their experience and skill to a client focused law firm with a passion and reputation for excellence.

Specific Skills:

* Liaising with Estate agents/developers/buyers lawyers

* Requesting redemption figures/liaising with lenders to release plots from security

* Assisting in the preparation of the sale contract pack

* Reporting to clients with contracts to sign

* Dealing with buyers lawyer enquiries

* Proficient in Excel for weekly reports to developer

* Great attention to detail

* Polished telephone manner

* Highly organised
