Residential Legal Assistant

We are looking to recruit an experienced legal assistant with residential experience for our client's busy residential conveyancing department.

Our client is an award winning CQS approved firm with an excellent level of client care. Their staff are important to them and want to attract the best talent who are looking to bring their experience and skill to a client focused law firm with a passion and reputation for excellence.

Specific Skills:

* Post completion requirements to include experience of HMLR Registrations and requisitions

* Stamp Duty Returns

* Liaising with Estate agents/lender/borrower

* Requesting redemption figures

* Assisting in the preparation of the sale contract pack

* Assisting in reporting to clients with contracts to sign

* Submission of searches

* Supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status

* Great attention to detail

* Polished telephone manner

* Highly organised
