Role: Residential Home Manager.
Location: Market Harborough.
Salary:£43,000 - 53,000 depending on experience
An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced residential manager to join an exclusive care provider in the Market Harborough area.
My client is a small provider of care homes with an excellent local reputation. They offer a range of residential care services to meet the differing needs of individuals in later life. They are very passionate about care standards and pride themselves on providing exceptional care services to the Elderly.
My client is seeking a strong, individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. Some one who is looking to take there career to the next level and achieve a real sense job satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Level 5 or be willing to work towards.
• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
• Good knowledge and background of the care sector.
Duties will include:
• Overall responsibility of the home.
• Staff management/appraisals/Training.
• Care plans/reviews/meetings.
• Budget.
In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager's salary of up to £53,000 dependant on experience.
