Develop and oversee tailored care plans that address each young person’s individual needs.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with social workers, education providers, healthcare professionals and families.
Monitor and drive positive outcomes for children and young people.
Manage the home’s budget and resources efficiently and responsibly.
Maintain accurate records and complete all statutory notifications and reporting requirements promptly.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving and sustaining a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.

Eligibility to register with Ofsted as a Registered Manager.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A genuine commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
A resilient, compassionate and proactive approach to leadership.
