Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP are rapidly expanding and currently recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to work at ANY of their offices.

You will be covering the broad remit of residential property matters including sales, purchases, both freehold and leasehold matters as well as managing all stages of the conveyancing process. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be drafting and reviewing contracts, conduction property searchers, investigating property titles, preparing documents such as transfer deeds.

You will have either be a qualified Solicitor with previous residential conveyancing experience ideally. You will be a team player, with excellent inter-personal skills, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients.
