Residential Conveyancer
Location: South Wales
Salary: up to £55,000 DOE

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

You will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
* Preparing and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
* Providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction.
* Keeping clients updated on progress and managing expectations effectively.
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient and professional service.
About You
* Ideally 2-3 years' conveyancing experience.
* Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and client relationship skills.
* A proactive and professional approach to your work.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a small, established team.
