Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for an award winning law firm in the Shirley area who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team.

Duties and tasks will include:

Managing a high volume caseload of residential property sales.
You will need to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, 3rd parties, customers and colleagues by phone and in writing, within tight deadlines.Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

Be a Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who has between 2 - 3 Years PQE and has experience of managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion
A team player who is also independent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a positive outlook
Enthusiastic and committed
Approachable, well presented and professional
A client following is preferred but not essentialExcellent benefits available, including:
