Description:
Office Angels have partnered with an expanding, driven Doncaster based business who are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their fast paced, progressive business.
Role: Conveyancer
Salary & benefits: Up to £35,000pa depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, bonus scheme, Perkbox, on-site parking & more!
Location: Doncaster
Contract: Permanent, full time working 40 hours per week
Duties:
Take clients instructions
Handle a caseload of residential transactions
Co-ordinating the work of all parties involved
Correspond with clients and solicitors
Arranging and attending client meetings when require to progress cases
Respond quickly and effectively to client requirementsWhat you will need to succeed:
Experience working within a fee earning role
Experience managing residential conveyancing from start to end
Able to deliver an excellent service whilst meeting deadlines
Able to run a mixed caseload of residential matters
Experience working with off plan / new build would be a distinct advantage Next steps:
