Description:

A highly reputable law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy property team in York. The ideal candidate will with 2 years + Residential Conveyancing experience.

Applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and those qualified by experience will be considered.

Duties will include:

Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system.
Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
Conduct legal research where appropriate.

Desired skills:

Fee earning experience essential within Residential Conveyancing. At least 2 years PQE.
Proven track record of meeting targets.
Professional and proactive approach.

Benefits:

Monday – Friday full time work with hybrid working available. Must do at least 2 days in the office.
Standard holiday allowance plus bank holidays.
Company pension.
Market rate salary – depending on experience
