Requirements:

Drivers license and access to a vehicle
Enhanced DBS
Experience in a residential children's setting around "learning needs, adolescents, therapeutic support and training, trauma informed de-escalation practice"
NVQ Level 3 or working towards your Level 5NonStop's client based on an Island location are seeking Residential Support Workers to work in their residential care homes, supporting children and young people in residential care settings.

Children and young people are at the heart of everything that this authority does, and so they have high expectations of the people supporting them. The Children's Homes are small homes for up to 2 or 3 children.
