Support from within the team and a dedicated Randstad consultant A successful Residential practitioner will be responsible for:
Provide constant supervision and care for children in a residential setting.
Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with the children.
Offer guidance and education to families on parenting and child development.
Connect families with community resources and support services.
Conduct home visits to assess living situations and provide in-home support.
Work towards family reunification when possible.To be successful in your Residential practitioner application, you will:
Have previous 12 months or above prior experience in the UK
Have strong communication skills
Register under the PVG scheme
Full driving license(Preferred)
Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
