Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainers Wanted! Join us in making dreams a reality!
We're on the lookout for passionate assessors or trainers to join our client's team in delivering Residential Childcare Apprenticeships ranging from level 2 to 5.
Our client, an Ofsted grade 2 provider with over a decade of experience, has supported thousands of learners in achieving qualifications that propel their careers forward. Expanding their reach nationwide, they specialize in the care industry. With this expansion, they seek trainers to join their team in the Devon or Somerset region, continuing their exceptional apprenticeship programs.
This exciting opportunity offers full-time permanent roles, operating on a hybrid model with travel limited to a 40-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct effective training in 1-to-1 or group sessions.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to develop rich training content aligned with Ofsted expectations.
Administer appropriate assessments and reviews to learners based on standards, supporting them in achieving level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
Design and deliver engaging sessions with apprentices.
Provide support to learners with their work and assessments.
Manage your workload and KPIs effectively.
Ensure regular meetings and deadlines are met for your caseload of 45 learners.
Qualifications:
Possess an Assessor qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, or equivalent.
Hold a teaching qualification like AET, PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent.
Experienced Residential Childcare Coach adept at guiding individuals through their residential childcare qualifications.
GCSEs in Maths and English at level 2.
Demonstrated experience in delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare from level 3.
